Passengers from national territory:

· Download and fill in the health form available at: https://viajarabaleares.ibsalut.es/formulario

· Have a negative diagnostic test (PDIA) - PCR or TMA performed within 72 hours prior to arrival, or a vaccination certificate over 15 days.

· Passengers must send both the forms and the PDIA, if possible before entering the port, to the following email: controlpuertosdeportivosib@gsaib.es

Exceptions:

· Those that prove that they have been outside the Balearic Islands for a period of less than 72 hours.

· Crewmembers of inter-island passers-by vessels.

· Children under 6 years old.

· Crewmembers and passengers of transit vessels for the time necessary to carry out repair tasks and provision of food and supplies, and for a maximum period of 24 hours; without the people on board being able to leave the boat, and respect the maximum limitation of contact with third parties.

Passengers coming out of Spain:

· They must fill in the form at the following link www.spth.gob.es. In exceptional cases that they can not fill it online, they may request the form in paper format.

· They will have to provide the responsible declaration model, which must be filled out by each of the crew members and the people on board. The forms must be sent, via email, to these address inspeccionsanidad.illesbalears@correo.gob.es and puerto@cnrapita.es
